Description & Objectives
A 2 day course which examines how to use positive negotiation skills that result in excellent customer and supplier relationships.

By the end of workshop, the delegate will be able to:

  • Define the process of negotiation
  • Evaluate their own negotiation style
  • Recognise how to negotiate mutually satisfactory outcomes to problems

NB. Delegates will be videoed during the practical exercise and feedback will be given.
