Description & Objectives
A 2 day course which examines how to use positive negotiation skills that result in excellent customer and supplier relationships.
By the end of workshop, the delegate will be able to:
- Define the process of negotiation
- Evaluate their own negotiation style
- Recognise how to negotiate mutually satisfactory outcomes to problems
NB. Delegates will be videoed during the practical exercise and feedback will be given.
