Description & Objectives
This 2 day course is designed to give delegates the awareness and skills to maximise their potential for effective person-to-person communication.
It is part of the NES AIM Academy IT Professional Skills portfolio - a suite of events specifically designed to equip delegates from an IT Service or Project Management background with the communication, influencing and leadership skills which form a necessary part of the effective manager’s skill set.
All exercises and syndicate work will be based on realistic IT Service or Programme / Project Management scenarios to ensure that delegates gain maximum practical benefits from the event.
Structure
Delegates can expect a highly interactive and practical event in which they will be challenged to consider the personal application of theory and techniques of interpersonal communication. Delegates will get plenty of opportunity to test a variety of approaches in a safe and supportive environment.
