NES AIM Academy at the forefront with P3O

NES AIM Academy is pleased to announce that they have increased their portfolio of accredited training and have been awarded ATO status for P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Office). A leader in the market place, they will be one of the first organisations to offer the new P3O foundation qualification.

The qualification is aimed at individuals newly-appointed to portfolio, programme or project office roles or those wishing to gain formal qualifications after some support office experience. Elements of the syllabus are also very relevant to individuals in a more senior role and NES AIM Academy is developing complimentary workshops and consultancy support specifically for these individuals.

P3O offers organisations a model which allows them to bridge the gap between strategic objectives, portfolios, programmes and projects and demonstrates how the elements of a P3O model align to the portfolio, programme and project lifecycles. One of the key elements is how effective support can help an organisation deliver its strategy and ensure governance responsibilities are undertaken effectively.
