NEW 2 day ITIL Foundation V2-V3 Bridging Course
In line with ISEB guidelines and feedback from our delegates, NES AIM Academy are pleased to announce that it will now be offering a two day ITIL® V3 Bridging Course.
The ITIL® V3 syllabus covers a wide range of subject areas which span the Service Management Lifecycle and NES AIM Academy wants to ensure that delegates take away a good understanding of how to apply these in the workplace.
This two day event will not only equip delegates to gain accreditation, but will allow them to consider, under the guidance of an experienced practitioner, how their current IT practices can be refined and improved.
