MSP (managing Successful programmes training) Offers

The NES AIM Academy MSP events have been developed by Geof Leigh who have utilised a wealth of Programme Management experience in industry and the public sector. The course builds on topics from the OGC Managing Successful Programmes manual and provides a working knowledge of the OGC methodology including Benefits Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Issue Management, Programme Planning and Control and Programme Processes and Products. The main principles and processes are reinforced throughout the course by group exercises and case study allowing group discussion and exploration of key Programme Management concepts.

The 7 day Managing Successful Programmmes Advanced Practitioner course is designed to give delegates a full understanding of the processes, components and techniques of the OGC methodology, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). Delegates will have an opportunity to sit the OGC MSP Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner examinations.

NES AIM Academy’s exclusive trainer Geof Leigh has been involved heavily with the APM group during 2007 and has been Co Author for the new manual that was released in September.

These courses can be taken in 3 levels as a Foundation (3 day event) Practitioner (2 day event) and Advanced Practitioner (2 day event). We offer these as a combined or split event. On the advice of the APM Group and to obtain the desired accreditation to deliver the new version of MSP, AIM Academy has spread the course out to over 7 days and have attached course outlines for you to consider.
