The workshop prepares delegates to sit the P3O Foundation Certificate at the end of the second day.
The syllabus is based on the OGC publication ‘Portfolio, Programme and Project Office. This is a blended learning course. A pre-course workbook will be provided, which will need to be completed by delegates before attending the workshop.
