Overview
Senior Managers who will sit on a Programme Board or perform some other governance role for programmes, and who may wish to determine the true state of a programme.
Programme Managers who need to ensure they have appropriate control structures in place for their own programmes.
Project Mangers and any other team members for the programme who need to provide input to this process.
All delegates need to understand how programmes are managed and controlled in their own workplace before they attend this course.

Objectives

• To teach attendees how to conduct a heath check
• To perform the Heath Check on a programme
• To provide attendees with resources so they can conduct the heath check process again in their own workplace.

Content

• Ability to run and or participate in a Heath Check Process and Workshop
• A completed assessment of a case study programme
• Familiarity with a typical process
• Supporting material to take away and re-use at their workplace.
