APMP Consolidation Workshop

Overview
This workshop is designed to consolidate the knowledge and skills that delegates will have gained through their previous attendance on an APMP course and is particularly applicable to delegates who have delayed taking the examination.
Content
The morning will comprise a “refresher” session revisiting the key tools and techniques involved in the Project Management process and their appropriateness through the lifecycle. Delegates will be encouraged to share their experiences of putting the theory into practice, identifying specific points where planning and control techniques have been used successfully and those areas that require further explanation and clarification.
The afternoon will provide the opportunity to explore in further detail any common and individual issues that have delegates have experienced.
As time permits, there will be opportunity for individual 1-to-1 mentoring with the trainer.
APMP Workshop Objectives:
- Review the key planning tools and techniques
- Relate tools, documentation, roles and responsibilities to the lifecycle
- Review the main management systems and their application
- As a group identify and address any areas of concern
- Provide an opportunity for individual 1 to 1 mentoring and support
